The original M22 saw its first service in Operation Desert Storm during the Gulf War in 1990. Operating under temperatures over 100 degrees daily, constant threat of blasting sand storms, and rough handling – the M22 proved to be rhino tough and were the eyes for our troops. After the war, our servicemen voiced their opinions on the original M22, what worked, what didn’t, and what can be improved. Shortly came the black Fujinon M22. If you have ever used the Steiner M22, you would agree it’s impressive, but wait ‘til you peek through a Fujinon M22 – you will be blown away! Used by our troops use when they are put in harm’s way, so you can be sure it’s second to none. Laser proof and dry nitrogen filled for 100% waterproofing and fog prevention. It comes with a neck strap and attached objectives lens caps and rain guard. Black body armor to guard against drops, shocks, and vibration. Inside the left ocular is the reticle with 5 meter increments at 1000 meters. All optics are coated for maximum light transmission. Also includes a NEW CASE!
