Shipping Information:

Domestic shipping is FREE on this auction. For international, please click the "Shipping and Payments" tab for a shipping quote. All questions will receive a quick reply. The shipping options on this auction are the only ones available. We do not ship FedEx nor do we ship on other's accounts. Items will typically ship by the next business day with the exception that we do not usually ship on Mondays. And USPS International First Class shipments are done when we can get to the post office throughout the week. We do our best to package things securely. In the event a package is damaged in transit, please contact us to report the damage so we may begin a carrier claim process. You as the buyer are not responsible for the damage but we do want make sure that carriers are held responsible when they damage merchandise. PA buyers and pickups will pay 6% sales tax.

International buyers - We know that shipping is too high. We cannot control this nor can we control how long shipments take. Please keep this in mind when rating us on shipping costs and times. USPS quoted dates have little meaning. Air is quoted as 5 to 10 business days but sometimes takes longer. And First Class International can be very slow often taking up to a month. In many case of international shipping delays, the merchandise is sitting in customs waiting to be claimed.

Local Item Pickup / Delivery:

Items may be picked up in Washington PA about 25 miles South of Pittsburgh. A handling fee of $4.00 per item will apply on all pickups. We know many buyers don’t like this but it is necessary for us to be able to even offer pickup at this time. Note that handling will only be charged on a maximum of 2 items each pickup. Please pick your item up within a reasonable amount of time. Delivery is available within 20 miles of Washington at a rate of $1.00 per mile traveled. The pickup handling would still apply.

Payment and Communication:

After the auction, we will send a PayPal invoice. Please make sure your address is complete (including apartment number if applicable) to avoid a UPS address correction fee. If you don’t hear from us by the day after the auction ends, your spam filter probably filtered our email.

Please contact us within 3 days of the auction ending to let us know when payment will be made. We don’t mind waiting for payment if you need some time but please let us know this. An eBay bid is a legally binding contract. Washington Auction does expect full payment for our auctions and use every resource provided by eBay and the law to obtain it. You will be notified when we ship and will receive a tracking number directly from the shipper. If you need to communicate with us about a problem, please be polite and avoid threats in order to get the best results. Please do not email with demands and accusations. If we list it as working, we assure you that it was indeed working when shipped. Just report the issue and allow us to work through it without the demands and accusations. We guarantee that both sides will be happy in the end this way.

Return Policy: READ BEFORE BIDDING

Washington Auction offers huge savings on a wide variety of merchandise. Consequently we are not in a position to accept general returns. Returns are accepted only in the case that an item is significantly not as described. In this unlikely event, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges back to Washington Auction. If the item can be repaired or replaced, Washington Auction will pay to ship the unit back to the buyer. Otherwise the purchase price only will be reimbursed. This is the same policy as most online companies. We assume a lot of risk selling online and this is the risk that we ask our customers to assume. Returns must be pre-approved by Washington Auction. About Auction Description:

All pictures on our auctions are that of the actual product except for some obvious stock photos occasionally used. If it's not in the picture, it is not included unless specifically stated in the description that it is missing from the picture. Beware of sellers who use the same pictures over and over again! We usually add stock descriptions to our auction to help potential buyers know what they are buying. Occasionally we forget to edit the description when something is missing or different. Please use the picture as the main reference for what is included. The descriptions are for your convenience - please don't use them against us. We do our best to point out everything but we're not perfect.

ANSWERS TO THREE COMMON QUESTIONS:

1. Is it refurbished? Washington Auction almost never sell reconditioned/refurbished items. It is very rare but if the item is reconditioned or refurbished then the auction description will clearly state this.

2. Does it work? Item is operational unless stated otherwise.

3. Is it still under the manufacturer warranty? If an item is listed as new, it may or may not be under manufacturer warranty. If it is a manufacturer that honors warranties without a retail receipt, then it may be in warranty. We do not have a list of those that do. If we do not specifically state in the description that we have the receipt, then we do not have one.
