You
are bidding on a Luxury Suite (sleeps 6) at a Gold Crown Resort in
Mazatlan for 1 week each year for the next 8 years. This is a 5 Star Resort and all rooms have an ocean view. $100 transfer fee to be paid by buyer.
You will receive a Certificate of Ownership up to year 2017. Daily
maid service, 1 bedroom w/ 2 double beds, couch in LR makes into double
bed, 2 TVs, kitchenette, dining area, patio, restaurants, pool, lush
grounds, swim up bar, right on beach.
When
dining, there are several restaurants located right on site or you can
take a bus or pulmonia to downtown for a large selection of authentic and
American cuisine. The City is full of historical
site and shops. The resort is tucked away two miles from Mazatlan
giving you all the privacy to relax and get away. There are plenty of activities for children to keep
them busy as well.
Maintenance
fees for 2010 are due January 1 and then you can book your week at any
time. We have owned this timeshare since 1987 and are only selling
because we bought a larger unit at its sister resort in same city and
can't use both. You won't be sorry for buying. Daily planned
activities that you can participate in if you choose; very friendly
staff; well maintained. It is like a 2nd home. |
