This is an original Micro-Scale Models HO/HOn3 craftsman limited edition kit that is sold out. The kit is complete and has never been opened. The box is still in its original shrink-wrap. The kit is in mint condition and is made up of two boxes.

The model is a very detailed cast stone and wood building with laser cut wood walls and roof, cast stone walls and base, Grandt line windows, doors and shutters, Northeastern stripwood and a Campbell profile shingle roof. It includes fully illustrated instructions, color photographs, and weathering instructions. It also includes 225 detail parts, Tichy jib cranes and pipe railings. All of the details shown in the pictures are included except the track, scenery and vehicles.

The kit includes everything to build it into a high quality model. The instructions are very detailed and well written. They will guide you thru every step of the construction process.

This is a very heavy kit. I will carefully package it for mailing using USPS Priority mail rates to US and International locations.
