PAYMENT

Payment is due within 3 days of the end of the auction unless making a combined purchase. If payment is not received within 7 days and no attempt to communicate with me has been made I will file an unpaid item with ebay to recover my filing fees and relist the item. Please contact me if there is a problem and I will try to help you the best I can. I would prefer paypal as a method of payment.

SHIPPING

I will ship with 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment. Exceptions being holidays and Sundays. I will do combined shipping however all the items must be purchased with 7 days of each other. The highest shipping cost will be charged for the first item, each item after that will be given a $2.00 discount off the shipping cost. To take advantage of the combined shipping savings, all items to be combined must be on the same invoice. You can not combine shipping with auctions you have already checked out and paid for, so please wait untill you are finished shopping and contact me for a final invoice before you check out. I use USPS for my shipping, All orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation at no extra cost. I will not be responsible for lost mail, unless postal insurance has been requested by you.

TERMS OF SALE

I do accept returns so bid with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, contact me and let me know your intentions of returning the item. Then simply return the item within 7 days and I will refund your cost of the item less the shipping costs. Remember ebay and paypal have both charged me fees to sell the item so I am actually loosing money on the return. So I ask you to please choose your items carefully. I do the best I can to accurately describe every item I sell. I will never list an item without disclosing any flaws or defects I notice. If I should miss something please contact me asap and I will make it right for you. Please remember that in clothing my idea of a dressy item or casual item may be different then yours.  I also do the best I can to capture quality pictures of each item. Please note that due to differences in monitor settings, the color shown in the photograph may not be exact to the item. I do try to describe the colors but remember my idea of baby blue may not be the same as your idea of baby blue. If the item is a clothing item, I hand measure each item and list these measurements, please go by these measurments and not the size tag because sizes run different from each manufacturer. I strive to have satisfied buyers and recieve nothing but positive feedback. ABOUT ME

I have a clean and smoke free home. I do however share my home with a cat and a small dog. Please do not bid on my items if you have allergies in your home. At no time do I allow my pets to help me package your items for shipping. However, try as I might a stray hair might accidentally be included with your item free of charge. Seriously I do try very hard to make sure that no hair is on any item. My husband and I are both phanatics about animal hair, on clothes especially. So I really do try to make sure my home is clean and hair free as well as the items I ship from here.  I sell on ebay part time. I am not a store or dealer. I would not sell anything that I would not purchase for myself or my family. If you buy clothing from me rest assured you are buying a good condition wearable item, not an item ready for the rag bag.  Feel free to contact me about any issue at all.
