On items that offer FREE shipping: Due to cost constraints, items will be shipped using the most economical method available unless the auction promises a specific method. FREE shipping is to the USA only.

All international shipments paid for with PayPal are shipped by EXPRESS mail only. I know it is expensive, but it is the fastest choice and also complies with PayPal's terms for online tracking.             If you are ordering internationally and would like to use a less expensive shipping method, I certainly offer it if you would also like to use a different payment method. I am in the USA, so yes, Canada is international :) .

I do allow returns, however, a 20% restocking fee will apply and the buyer is also responsible for paying shipping both ways. This means if you return an item that was shipped to you for free, the cost will be deducted from any refund should you decide to return it.
