RETURN POLICY:

We offer a 7 day money back refund if you are not satisfied for any reason, (less shipping and handling charges). Items must be in original condition, with no resizing or modifications and tags still attached. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of item to authorize refund and obtain R.A.N (return authorization number). No returns without prior authorization. All items must be returned to our office within 7 business days of UPS signature of receipt to obtain money back refund.   Items must be shipped back to us via a reputable shipping agency, with insurance covering full purchase price. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any item during return transit and do not accept uninsured returns. Items returned late, used or with missing/removed price tags will receive store credit only and are charged a 20% restocking fee. Due to the excessive delays and tax charges that may be imposed by customs we do not offer  refunds or returns on International Shipments.
