Please allow about 48 hours for a reply to emails.  Also please check your Bulk, Trash or Spam folders in your email account for email responses and tracking number emails from UPS.
If emailing directly from eBay Do Not block your email address or you will not be able to receive the reply email.

All Freight Claims must be settled with Freight Carrier before issuing refunds.

SHIPPING

We only ship; items cannot be picked up. 

UPS will email the tracking number when the package is shipped. Please check your Bulk, Trash or Spam folders for the email.

For combined USPS shipments add $6.00 per item.

United States:     Continental US: UPS Ground $9.99, UPS 2nd day $14.99,

                               next day air $30.00 or Saturday $40.00

                               Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico: Add surcharge of $11.00 

                               UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box address

                               APO and FPO: USPS insured $10.00
                                              

International:       Canada: UPS Standard $14.99 or USPS Express

                               $34.99

                               All other Countries: USPS Express $34.99

                               We will add the USPS tracking number to the paypal payment.

RETURN POLICY

For items lost during shipment:

All Freight Claims must be settled with UPS or USPS before issuing refunds.

If a watch is not working when it is received we try to fix or replace it and if we can not we will refund. We can only accept returns if they come back to us in the exact condition as when they were sent out and within 7 days of receipt.
You would be responsible for the return shipping fees.
If you just do not like the watch and want to return for a refund we will refund your payment Minus the shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee to cover our listing fees, eBay fees, and relisting fees. There are no exceptions!
