All standard shipping will be via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground. Standard shipping is free within the 48 contiguous US states and Canada except special notify. All orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise indicated. Due to certain circumstances there may be times where delays occur. We do not guarantee an exact arrival date. There is no shipping during weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Orders placed during the weekend and national holidays are usually shipped the next business day.

Sales Tax: We are required to collect an 8.5% Sales Tax for order shipped to an Illinois address.

Payments: We ONLY accept Paypal payments. Unpaid Item case will be filed after 7 days of the winning auction closed unless special notify by the buyer.

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it. The customer is responsible for returning the product in its original condition including all the accessories, packing and the box. Customer pays all return freight charges. Please send an e-mail to info@luxemacompany.com to request your Return Merchandise Authorization Number and we will send you the return instruction within 48 hours.  We will refund the purchase price less the S&H fees or a 20% restocking fee depends on the types of products. If the wrong or manufacturer defective product was delivered, please report it within the 14-days period, we will either send you the replacement parts or exchange a brand new item for you without charges.  Refund notifications will be sent via e-mail once the returned item has been received and processed. Return processing time generally takes 7-10 business days. Please maintain all the receipts for your records.
