SHIPPING:  Most items are shipped within 1 or 2 business days, unless it falls on a Holiday, Saturday or Sunday.  I pride myself on fast shipping.  I will ship anywhere in the United States and Canada.  If you are elsewhere on this Earth, please email me to see if I will ship there.  If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please add an additional $3.00 for shipping.  I always ship to the address on record with eBay.  Please make sure to give me your correct full address for shipping if it’s different than the one that’s on file with eBay via email when you pay for it.  I do combine shipping on most items if they are going to the same mailing address at the same time.  Please contact me for combined shipping prices.  I try my best to pick the best carrier for the lowest shipping cost.  It’s usually the United States Post Office, FedEx or UPS ground, depending on the size of the package and the location it’s going to. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:  Bidders outside of the United States please include your phone number with your shipping information.  Please also keep in mind that there may be extra customs duty and/or other local taxes in your country that you would be responsible for.  I always declare the full value of the item being shipped internationally. 

RETURNS:  I offer returns on some items.  Please check the specific auction for details.  If a return is offered, please let me know via email that you would like to return it as soon as you get it.  It must be in the mail within 3 days of you receiving the item, and received back to me in the condition it was mailed to you in.  Items must be in the original, sealed packaging if applicable.  Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to mail it back.  If the item is returned back to me not in the same condition it was mailed out to you in, your purchase price will not be refunded, and the item will not be shipped back to you unless you pay for the return shipping.  If a return is available, it will be given in the form that the item was purchased in, minus the original shipping cost. 

INSURANCE:  Thanks to another unnecessary rule from eBay, insurance will be added into the cost of shipping automatically on items that I believe should be insured when an auction starts.  I will state in the auction description if insurance is included, otherwise it is not.  The buyer needs to make arrangements before the item is paid for, to add insurance to an item if I haven’t already done so, if you want the item insured.  If there is no insurance on an item when shipped, there is no hope for recovery if lost or broken.  Please contact eBay and voice your disappointment.  I will do my best to pack it securely for shipping.  Below are the USPS insurance rates.
