Please contact us for a return authorization prior to any return. Only unopened merchandise may be returned. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt. For returns due to our error (ex. wrong item), we will accept responsibility for return shipping. If the return is not due to our error, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. Packages returned to us marked Refused, Undeliverable, or otherwise, or returned without authorization are subject to up to a 30% re-stocking fee.
