12 x 12 Single Page Layout
This auction is for one single page 12 x 12 layout titled "Fall Leaves".  Page is made out of quality paper and cardstock that has one 4" x 6" photo mat and a 3" x 3" photo mat or you can use as a journaling block .  Also has a 3D glittered fall leaf border on the bottom on the page.  Page contains several 3D stickers, silk leaves, buttons and on the photo mats has ribbon and brads all you need to do is slide your picture underneath.  Items come from a smoke-free and pet-free home. I use only items that I personally use on my scrapbook pages.  You can add any other embellishments that you may want like or just use as pictured.  (I do not offer second chance offers on my pages as they are made individually and it is too hard to duplicate).

Shipping

  Shipping is $4.95.  I give a shipping discount when more than one item is purchased.  You pay full shipping on the most expensive shipping item, then I give a 50% discount on shipping for each item purchased after that (except for my chipboard letters).   Please contact me after bidding for a combined invoice!  I ship my pages in a study mailing box so that they will not bend or tear.
