Lionel O gauge #6-12761 Animated billboard in box NR

This auction is for a Lionel O gauge 6-12761 Animated Billboard in it's orginal box.  I do not believe this was ever used.  I pulled it out and removed it from it's plastic bag and tested it.  It worked great.  Shipping will be $8.  If you are one of those buyers who wins auctions and then don't pay, then DON'T BID!!!!  It takes time and money to list auctions. Due to past issues with shipping outside the USA, I will only ship to Canada and the USA.  Canada shipping might be more the, so Canadians please wait till I can get you an actual shipping charge.  I will send an invoice with the shipping cost to Canada after I have an address.  I don't recommend insurance due to the fact you have to wait before you can file a claim and then it cost more to file the claim.  If you want insurance, it is on you to file the claim and do the leg work to recover the insurance.  I have not the time or desire in doing this.  I will combine shipping, but the shipping cost will be determine after the auctions are closed and cost refigured.  Sometimes I will not combine some items, due to size and weight. If there is a problem with the item, please contact me first.  Most problems can be solved to both parties satifaction.  I am human, and do make mistakes.  I really do try and ship everything out within two after receiveing comfirmed payment, but due to the fall schedule of events, it has taken me a few days more.
