New30x44 Dog Mattress/Bed Anti Bacterial Washable Cover

This new pet mattress will make your pet alot more comfortable!Can be used on the floor,in crate or anywhere you want your baby to be more comfortable.Perfect for older pets with arthritis or for birthing pens too.It measures 30" wide by 44" long and is made of 2" soft polyester foam .I was just playing in the shop and decided to try this idea. We have over 30 years combined experience in the mattress manufacturing business -commercial and retail and have retired due to illness but have decided to do this on a smaller scale of what we used to do.We have alot of experience and talent in this field so thought we would put it to use on our beloved pets.This mattress is made of a 2" thick foam core and is then covered in waterproof,anti bacterial,ant-staph hospital ticking.No more need to worry about accidents ruining the bed!The stitching seams are on the underneath side,and one end is sealed with mattress tape edge binder(just the same as on regular mattresses!)I have then made a quilted cotton cover which has velcro on the underneath side to hold it to the mattress.This can be removed and laundered on the gentle cycle.This quilted cover has a light comfortable cotton  poly blend cover that is attached to a light layer of foam for more comfort.This is the same material used in commercial mattresses for the hotel industry etc so it is durable.I can make custom sizes for you so please feel free to contact me and ask.I can do thicker foams too and can also do combinations of foam cores topped with convoluted foam for top of the line comfort.I will be glad to make you whatever size you may need for dog or cats!This will be rolled up for shipping so just unfold and allow to lay flat.My cat is just to give you an idea of how big it is!Thank you!
