This toy is approximately 14 inches tall. Her board card tag opens up and indicates that she is a part of the Popeye Collection for the 4th of July, a KELLYTOY product from 2004. Her tush tag is also still intact under her dress. Her arms and legs are bendable. She is in excellent condition, and her board tag shows only minor wear.
