Seller's Guidelines:

First, let me state that you are the customer and I do believe in 100% customer service.  Though I have listed my return policy, I do make exceptions to every rule.  Because I have been on the bad end of a most recent purchase, I do not want any customer of mine to feel the way I have.  I will go to all lengths to reasonably work any problem out with you, the buyer.  If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, and you have provided me adequate reason why, I will refund you purchase totally, including your shipping and handling charges back to me.  You will find it very difficult to find this deal anywhere you shop, and because eBay uses this policy, I will too, as you are the customer and without you, I would not be running this eBay business!  That being said:

Buyer to pay shipping and handling.  Handling includes the cost of tracking now, as it has been requested more and more.  This item, as in all items sold, will be packed well.   Paypal only, unless you make other arrangements with me first.  Also, I am human, though my listing may say 4-5 days shipping, it may be a day or two longer.  If you need something asap, please advise as I will make sure it gets out asap too, as I appreciate other’s time constraints to receive items.  I prefer NO returns and all sales are hopefully final.  However, if something happens during transit that damages an item, I will refund the purchase if there is insurance, after I receive photos from you showing proof of damage, since I have to provide the same to the USPS; or if I miss something in my description, because I am human, I will discount your monies, or refund your monies also if you return the item.  I strive to maintain and enjoy a 100% feedback rating and will strive to keep it that way and work something out with you, the buyer.  If I falter, it will not be from my lack of trying to make amends.  However, I encourage all questions to be asked prior to the sale being final and if you want additional photos, please respond with email so that I may send you any you would like to see.  I describe my items accurately, and if you do not see it in the photo, it is not included.  What you see is what you get.  I will note all good and bad attributes about the item up for sale.  I thank you for your patronage and your time in reviewing my auction rules.

International Shipping: I will ship internationally.  However, before you bid, please email me for approximate postage.  If insurance is required, it will be billed accordingly upon purchase price.  Please review my requirements and guidelines.  Thank you.

Additional Seller's Requirements: You are ultimately responsible for viewing the photos and asking questions. I describe each of my items to the best of my ability, but I cannot always detail each flaw the same way that you may view it. All items are described with honest intent.

PAYMENT: Must be received within 7 days of auction closing date or negative feedback may be left and the item re-listed. Items paid through Paypal will only be shipped to the address registered through eBay/Paypal. If you wish to have an item shipped to a different address, you must email me first and receive a confirmation of your request. Otherwise, the item will be shipped to the registered address ONLY.

REFUNDS: All sales are final. Refunds are ONLY made if there is a significant error in the item description and it is not evident in the photos. Refunds are made for the purchase price ONLY. Shipping fees are not included.  For a refund, under these circumstances, to be made, the item must be returned in the same condition as when originally shipped and it must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item. I do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse, buyer not reading ALL of the description or change of mind.
