Rare 1958 Eldon Car Carrier New Old Stock w/OB!

(Over the next few weeks I am going to be selling some wonderful vintage Eldon, Ideal and SSS toys which have come from a person who is trimming down his large collection. All of the toys have their original boxes and are of collector quality.)

Here is a beautiful new old stock Eldon Car Carrier with four cars, ramp and set of tools all in a beautiful original box.  This was one of Eldon’s popular “Big Poly” toys so named for the practically indestructible quality of its polyethylene soft plastic construction.  The colors are vibrant and bright and the toy is super clean.  The cab and trailer total about 20 inches without the ramp.  The original Eldon sticker is still on the cab.  The box is square, tight and super colorful in red, white and blue.  There is just a bit of dirt speckling on parts of the box probably due to its many years in storage.  There is a little flip-up tool box hatch behind the cab with several tools as noted in the picture.  This toy has rarely come up on eBay as complete and as beautiful as this one.  Please look at the pictures and e-mail me with any questions.  What a great toy for an Eldon collector, a baby boomer who had this toy as a kid or any collector of classic vintage toys.
