Up for Auction is a ORIGINAL SNOW VILLAGE- "CHECK IT OUT BOOKMOBILE"- RETIRED!!!  This comes in the ORIGINAL BOX with ORIGINAL PACKAGING!!!   To my knowledge this HAS NEVER BEEN DISPLAYED!!!  I acquired  a lot of DEPT. 56 ITEMS at a SALE!!!  The ORIGINAL BOX may have some storage wear, but OVERALL in GREAT CONDITION!!!  This ITEM is in EXCELLENT CONDITION- no cracks, chips, etc. noted!!!  This would make a NICE ADDITION to someone's DEPT. 56 COLLECTION!!!
