My home is smoke/pet free but because I purchase from many different sources I cannot guarantee that the item has never come in contact with smoke or pets. Because they've been previously owned, signs of use or age as well as natural flaws and imperfections, will be evident--COLOR, CONDITION, ETC. MAY VARY IN OPINION. They shouldn't be expected to be as new unless stated.
Most fabric will not be washed and may carry a little "age" odor. If its really bad, I will wash it and state that I have done so. I won't sell anything in a condition I wouldn't want to receive myself.
