Terms and Conditions

General

• All items will be listed until the end of auction
• All items are sold to the highest bidder

         Seller will file “Unpaid Item Dispute” with EBay for item purchased but not paid for within 7 consecutive days

Payment Options

• Preferred payment is Bank Transfer /Direct Deposit. Please use your Ebay user ID as reference for transaction
• PayPal – item will be sent after funds are cleared, which sometime takes up to 7 days if it is eCheque. If you want quick delivery, please use Direct Deposit option into bank account

Buyer must

• Contact seller within 3 consecutive days from the end of auction
• Pay within 7 consecutive days from the end of auction
• Quote EBay user ID in Bank Deposit payments

Postage

• All items are posted via Australian Courier Post , tracking number will be provided on request once item posted
• If your item is not insured and damaged in transit hilux888 will not exchange or offer any refund.
• All items will be tested and taken pictures of before postage.
• Item sent only when payment is Cleared
• NO PICKUP AVAILABLE
• Item will be shipped within 48hrs once funds are cleared

Feedback

• We ask the buyer to leave Positive feedback after item is received.
• When feedback is received we’ll do the same in exchange
• If you choose to leave negative feedback before contacting us and resolving the issue, we will immediately add you to black list, which will stop you to make any bids on our items in the future, and end all our obligations.
