Ho scale Loew's Movie Theatre - IHC Plastic Model Kit

Offered in this auction is a great estate sale find of an HO scale plastic model kit. Kit has never been built and is still shrink wrapped. It is an older kit made by IHC and is part of the Center St. series. It was made in West Germany. This kit is the Loew's theatre. It contains 112 pieces and is molded in 6 colors. The model size is 5 1/2" x 5 11/16" x 2 3/8". No model cement is included with the kit. There is a sticker on the front of the box that says Free $2.50 value electric light kit in this package.
