Pro Form Cardio Glide Plus Rowing Machine

This is a lightly used multifunction rowing machine. The manufacturer is Pro Form. The model is a PFCG2224.0 Cardio Glide Plus. I bought it new but due to a lower back problem, I am advised not to use it. My problem is your gain.

I have the booklet, wall chart and DVD that came with it. (The chart has a tear.) The item weights about 100lbs maybe more. It is 24 inches high, 54 inches long and 16 inches wide, with the wing-arms are folded down.  In the picture, one of the wing arms is opened to the side. With them both open you need about another 4ft of space. Resistance is based on an incline and your body weight. There are 11 different resistance settings. Also note in the picture, standing upright (the brown thingy) is an insert back allowing it to be used for a bench workout. That black thingy on the floor next to the machine is a back strap which allows you to work the legs alone. The machine has casters at one end making it easy to wheel around, and you can stand it on end for minimal storage. It is an amazing piece of equipment, sorry it won't work for me.   Bad news... the weight.  You will have to pick the item up... and bring some help.  Good news.... it is already assembled, a couple hour job.
