The Chowaka cctv systems allow you to monitor areas where it is difficult to set up a standard camera. The CS190 is an In/Outdoor weather-proof ccd camera that allows you to monitor desired areas through a TV or a monitor. You can also attach the receiver to a VCR or DVR to record the video files.

We use USPS, UPS, and DHL as a carrier- depend on the destination. USA customer will Shipping receive item within 1-3 Business days and International 2-7 Business days

Return Procedure:

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality electronic goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in its original condition and box along with all accessories within 7 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

 STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN:

 Email us for RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM to obtain your RA# (Return Authorization)
We will send you the RA# (Return Authorization) within 2 business days.
Send the item back with the RA# clearly labeled out side the package.
As soon as we receive the package we will process the exchange or refund immediately.

 You are required to have the RA# (Return Authorization) number before sending the product back to us. All returns without the RA# will be refused.
RA# (Return Authorization) will be emailed to you upon completion of this form.
Label the RA# outside the box, include the e-mail we send you and package the goods in resalable condition and with the original materials.
Please try shipping your package using (UPS, FedEx ect) that provides a tracking # and proof of delivery.
Chowaka LLC will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier.
When e-mailing for status please check with your carrier that the package is received by us and provide Order#, RA# and return tracking #.

RETURN POLICY:

• Return package must arrive to our warehouse within 7 days of your received date.
• A copy of the original receipt is required for all returns.
• Customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to send the package to Chowaka Inc for returns.
• Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for refund credit to appear on your statement.
• Shipping cost is not refundable in any cases
• Any express shipping or international shipping is not refundable no exceptions.
•  Incomplete return will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories and bags and packing.
• Item that have been used or have visible use are not considered to be in new condition to the customer at his or her own cost
   .15% restocking fee will be charged for any returns.
