The fee is broken down as follows: UPS/DHL the cost is the same! Ground shipping (Delivery Confirmation and Insurance ($19.52). Handling ($4.00). Packaging materials are also included in the shipping fee and they are broken down as follows: Exterior box ($4.00), foam peanuts ($2.00), bubble wrap ($2.00), packaging tape ($0.99). This quote that we have stated here is a minimum amount quote. It is considering that we are shipping within our 48 U.S. continental states ground.  The cost may vary only a small amount throughout the Continental U.S.  In the event that we would ship outside of our state, we may use the ($4.00) handling fee to cover expenses due to UPS price inclinations. The flat rate fee will not increase in this event. If the costs increase, we will cover extra expenses.
