This is a 5" DISNEY character with a tush tag on him saying Disney Enterprises. He is 5 inches tall and is based on the Winnie-The-Pooh works by A.A. Milne & E.H.Shepard.These characters are cute and lovable animals and always have a nice story connection.This one is EEYORE  the donkey.
His eyes are embroidered, tail has a pink cloth bow and is in very good condition.
