SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping charges are noted at the top of these instructions and are non-negotiable. Please do not email asking for discounted shipping! The charge includes, shipping (via UPS typically), handling (packing the item correctly), and insurance. We accept credit card payments through PayPal only or in store if you pickup locally.. No shipping outside of the USA - CANADA included (sorry!), or any other country that doesn't have a US address. Please do not email us asking to ship to another country. No shipping to APO’s/FPO's, due to too many problems. 

**If you win more than one item, please submit a combined invoice request after you have won all you want and I will discount shipping costs IF POSSIBLE** 

Again, we ship items out as quickly as possible, typically within less than 48 hours of receiving payment, but please allow at least 10 business days for delivery before you start emailing us. We have too many packages shipping each day to send tracking info to all customers. If a package hasn't been received within 10 business days of us receiving payment, then email for a tracking number and we will send it over (please include name, address, auction number and method of payment with all correspondence.)

If we receive a package back from UPS for inability to deliver, buyer will be responsible for paying the second shipping amount to send package again...this will not be our responsibility!

IN STORE PICKUP 

In store pickup is fine, however arrangements must be made in advance. If you need in store pickup, send and email after winning your item and we will arrange a time. Our store is located in TEMPLE HILLS, MD and is open 7 days a week. If you do in store pickup, you will not need to pay shipping charges, but you will have to pay MD tax (6%)

ITEM INFORMATION

All items guaranteed to be as described in listing. New in the box items are not warranteed/guaranteed by us. We are resellers and cannot offer warranties. Additionally, our store receipt might not help with warranty activation.

PLEASE NOTE: any item being sold as Brand New, (brand new in box, sealed in the box, new no box, etc..) we assume no responsibility for any defects. These items are sold as is and are guaranteed to arrive as we describe them (new in box, new in sealed box, etc...).  

CORRESPONDENCE

Please include auction # and your name and shipping address with any type of payment, email, or correspondence. Please do not send us multiple emails, we have too many auctions to respond to questions that are already answered in auction listing and winning notification. Any special information you need us to know, include with payment.

FEEDBACK INFORMATION

We leave feedback for every auction, please be patient on this, It Will Be Given, no emails necessary to remind us. eBay gives us 90 days to leave it. Please do the same. We keep a schedule for all steps of the process, emails don't make a difference in how quickly feedbacks are given.
