kids outdoor playhouse crooked cottage cartoon style

this is a brand new completely assembled playhouse not some kit that you have to assemble.  Similar playhouses cost over $2500 this one has no reserve and will sell for high bid.   Also have other styles available as pictured.. pretty much if you can dream it i can build it..  will custom build whatever you want and pretty much beat anybodys price.    this playhouse is constucted mainly of cabinet grade 3/4 plywood, very solid has pressure treated skids on bottom and has home advantage floor (rated to last 40 years)  It has plexiglass windows for safety and durability.  The roofing has the appearance of wood shingles but is actually sheet siding that has been cut in strips and lapped to be water tight with water tight ridge cap.  This creative use of what would otherwise be scrap material allows me to sell these playhouses at very affordable prices and just in time for Christmas.  The playhouse is very durable and with reasonable care should last way past the point your kids outgrow it.

This building is listed as local pickup, but i will deliver for a fee within 350 miles, or it can be picked up locally.  it will fit in the back of a full size long bed pickup.
