My shipping is calculated based on location. I am in Michigan. Therefore, if you live in California you will pay more for shipping than, say, someone in Ohio. This is not my fault, it is an issue of geography. If you feel the shipping cost is excessive, please choose to not bid. I try to provide several options in shipping to better meet your needs, however, if you choose a cheaper, slower method of shipping, then expect it to take much longer to receive the item. My listings clearly state that your item will be shipped within 5 business days. Usually I ship much quicker than that ( my feedback should confirm this), but I do use the 5 days as a cushion in case life interferes. If the 5 days should prove to be a problem, please choose to not bid.

My return policy covers items which are grossly misrepresented only. As much as I would like to think otherwise, I am not perfect and have made mistakes in the past and will very likely occasionally do so in the future. Such mistakes include not noticing a rip in a fabric, a missing button, a small stain, etc… If such a thing occurs, please contact me and I will handle the matter quickly and professionally. I spend a great deal of time measuring each and every item that I list for the specific purpose of avoiding returns based on size, so please check all measurements carefully. Different designers sometimes fit differently, and sometimes other factors, such as shrinkage may have occurred. So, again, please check all measurements.

Mine is a non-smoking home, but the items I sell most often come from homes other than mine, some of which may have been smoking homes. It has been made clear to me that I DO NOT have as sensitive a sniffer as some others. My items are carefully hand-picked by design, quality, and appearance. Though it will not always be the case, please assume that the used item you are purchasing may need to be cleaned or dry cleaned or ironed. If this presents a problem, or if you are particularly sensitive to smoke or other odors, please choose to not bid. I would prefer not getting the sale over having snide comments left on my feedback.
