This is a 8' 6", 4/pc, IM7 rod with a M/H tip and a Magum power butt section. Set up to fish with a fly reel. 

This rod is to stiff for casting flys, yet is perfect for trolling for that Great lake, trout or salmon, or striper with a fly rod. Also great for casting fopr Reds from the bank in Alaska.

Because of the Magum power in the butt section this rod can be used to back troll, for any size salmon.

With a 12" forgrip  and  a line rating, to  30lbs, nothing else on the market comes close to the power of this light weight
