I am selling mostly used items (if they are not labeled as being new, or new in box), SO IF YOU ARE A PICKY BUYER DON'T BID UNLESS LISTING STATES NWT/NEW. Save me the headache and look at all pictures carefully. I always have a lot of pictures so you can get a good idea of each item. I cannot and will not be an expert on all items. Unless otherwise noted, I am NOT original owner of item being sold, and depend mainly on information that has been given to me about item to put in description. I do research when and if I can, but mostly rely on previous owner for information. Because of this, there is always a possibility of missing parts or defects that I do not see or are aware of or even know to look for (although I do try as hard as possible). Unless the item is described as "new", the item is used and/or collectible and is AS-IS, no box or paperwork unless clearly stated and/or in the picture. If I accept an item back from you I CANNOT and WILL NOT refund shipping. I only accept items back if there has been a mistake in the listing, and item has been grossly misrepresented. PLEASE ask before bidding as to prevent unnecessary hassles. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT INSURE AN ITEM THAT IS FRAGILE.
Flat rate shipping costs are for LOWER 48 only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO please ASK before bidding, especially on any large/heavy items - otherwise I WILL cancel your bid. (I need to see if shipping costs need to be adjusted.) If shipping is calculated via shipping calculator, then no problem. My handling time is 12 days. I LOVE to ship FAST, and usually ship every day except Sunday. Unless otherwise stated, there are NO returns on any items sold.
There are NO refunds or exchanges on clothing. Although our home is odor free, all of our clothing is recommended to be dry cleaned or washed upon reciept, as they have been acquired from various sources and may have been exposed to smoke, pets, perfumes, etc...and FINALLY - All items come from a smoke-free house but I do have a cat and an English Bulldog. (Jasmine, who appears in photos from time to time because she is too lazy to move!) While I do not allow them to wear my clothes, I cannot guarantee that there won’t be a stray hair or two. If you are allergic to any type of pet hair, please don’t bid. (They quit smoking last year!)
