The reason for the extras is that I used this camera for travel to exotic places like South Africa, Egypt, Australia and others, and I never wanted to be without a back-up for anything!

YOU WILL LOVE THIS RELIABLE CAMERA!!!

All you basically do is set the disk in the cartridge, set the recording resolution, and press RECORD.  At the end you finalize the disc (about 7min) then you can see the video INSTANTLY on your DVD player!!!
