CANADIAN AIR FORCE GORTEX COLD WEATHER PARKA 7040 LRG

Canadian Air Force Military Issue ECW IECS Extreme Cold Weather Insulated Gortex Parka. This parka is lightly used in excellent condition and in the hard to come by larger size.

Sized 7040 is for someone 70" or 5'10" with a 40 " chest. The sizing is interpreted by the height is the first 2 numbers in inches and the chest is the last two in inches. This parka is a generous fit as it is designed to be worn over the light weight coat for temperatures below -40 deg C or just by itself for temperatures down to -40. I've worn them with just a fleece down to -45 and have been toasty.

2 inside pockets with velcro closure, removable velcro and zipper hood attached at the collar, double elbow, 2 large front hip pockets, 2 large chest pockets with velcro closure, zippered front with button storm flap, drawstring at waist and bottom. The lower pockets are top and side entry with fleece lining in the side pockets for keeping your hands warm.

I'm a 44R and it fits me fine with room for another jacket inside.
