Hello, above is factory description only and may not apply 100% to the below item in photo.  We have hundreds of similar items to sell at low reserve auctions, so we can only spend a few minutes inspecting each item prior to listing them on EBay.  All our items are tested for working condition prior to being listed.  Some items are never used and some are customer returns.  All items work, unless otherwise stated; however, since we have so many items to auction, we have a no return, no dead on arrival policy.  If you pick up locally, we will be happy to test the item upon pick up. This is a liquidated item with no factory warranty.  There is a $49 charge for local pick up on this item.

We attempt to obtain and list the correct model number of the item.  But since there are dozens of different model numbers for almost identical ovens, sometimes we do not know or mistake the exact model number.  So, the model we list on Ebay may or may not be the exact model you are buying.  Sorry, but we do not have time to answer emails regarding specs, damage, missing parts, etc; you will need to research on your own.  Our items come ONLY as shown in the actual photos of each item shown at the bottom of the auctions.  Many of our items have some type of cosmetic damage and/or are missing some type of accessories such as filters, fasteners, mounts, brackets, plates, manuals, etc.  Many items have dents on the exterior sheet metal cabinets and sometimes the door does not align perfectly, etc.  Some items have scratches, dimples or other problems on the front or inside the oven cabinet.  On the other hand, some items are almost perfect.  Again, sorry, but we have too many items to be able to detail damage or missing accessories/parts.  All the info we have on the item is listed in the auction, so please do not email us re more specifics.

Therefore, the item will only come to you as shown in the below photos.  No other items will be included.  What you see in the photos is what you get.  Please do not email or call us want us to order any parts, brackets, mounts, screws, etc.  We will not return your email.  Please do not email us wanting to return the item or wanting a refund, because there are no returns or refunds given regardless of the reason.  We do this, not because the item does not work, but because if a buyer changes their mind, expected something different, or thought they overpaid, then they can use that as an excuse for a return.

After reading the above disclosures, we suggest that you bid consistent with the above policy.  All our items are listed on Ebay for just $1.00 no reserve auction, so control yourself with the bidding.  In other words, do not bid too much, then get disappointed with the item, and later get mad at us.  If you bid $300 on a $500 list price microwave with damage, it is your fault, not ours.  That said, everbody wants a great deal and many of these items can be bought at a steal, especially if you pick up.  So, pay attention to the photos and do not bid if you are not sure what you are getting or what you want.  Thanks

We only ship within the lower 48 U.S. States only, Alaska, HI, and any of the Florida Keys are excluded from shipping. Sorry, no international shipping and we will not ship to Canada.  Each item is inspected / tested prior to listing on Ebay.  Items which which are found not to operate correctly, are not listed or sold on Ebay.  Items contain cosmetic flaws, blemishes, and damage which are not noted in the auction and may not be seen in the photos. These liquidated items are out of box and without factory warranty.

Regarding shipping, we suggest local pick up in Sacramento, CA, however, we will ship via FedEx at the cost listed below.  Sorry, we will not allow the buyer to arrange their own shipping, so do not email us stating you will ship the item; too much cost in our materials and labor for that.  If the item is damaged during shipping, buyer is responsible to file the claim.  So long as you note the damage on the freight receipt, you will be paid by FedEx.
