These design kits are both in good condition. They are by Stanley, and are extremely useful in designing rooms, with furniture pieces and more on flat plastic pieces - just like Colorforms only for big people :-) Instructions are here also. The box top on the Kitchen set is torn at all 4 corners but otherwise everything is fine. Great sets!!!!! I will send you an email at the end of the auction to confirm the address ebay will give me. The shipping calculator doesn't leave room for shipping options, and on many packages that can't ship media mail I can send them cheaper or for the same rate via FedEx or priority flat rate. Heavy packages going long distances are usually cheaper using FedEx, so please feel free to email me on this type of package for a different quote if the parcel post rate seems too high. I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please be aware that the shipping time for media mail is 7-10 days. Check the date on the postage strip to see when I shipped it before complaining that it took too long. Buyer to pay actual shipping plus 80 cents for delivery confirmation. I have been adding confirmation at my own expense for the last 30 days, and have had 8 people in that time try to say they didn't get their package and wanted a refund despite the fact that I can look and see that they DID get it. I'm sorry you all have to pay for a growing number of dishonest bidders. Payment is due within 10 days of auction end or item will be relisted and negative feedback left due to a rash of non-paying bidders. I accept Paypal only. Please be aware that if you pay by e-check I will not ship your package until the e-check clears Paypal - many people seem to think that an e-check is the same as a credit card payment.
