• Information in auction shall be truthful and honest so that a bid can be placed.  All information is clearly stated.  eBay is supposed to be fun, but we had to make a list of how we conduct business.  We've seen a number of bidders that try to make demands such as free shipping or asking for free items after the auction closes. Very simple, when a demand is made, we simply ignore the demand and file a non paying bidder alert so that eBay can take appropriate action and consider this auction interference.

• No assumptions or speculations are to be made about any item before placing bid.  If you assume anything, do not bid.  I am very honest and if you see my ratings, bidders have enjoyed me since 2001. Look at the pictures and read the description.

• NEW means brand new as if you walked into a retail store and bought it.  

• Do NOT bid until you have read our About Me page. Click on the me icon right here. 

• Do not bid if you are plan on leaving negative feedback. Here is an example. Bidder wants a "blue" object, but bids on a "red" object. Then bidder leaves negative because he wanted a red object.  eBay will remove the negative feedback with a court order. Yes, that means that we have to go to court and somebody will incur legal expenses, but we have to protect our business.

• Special requests:  PLEASE make special requests before you bid. If you request us to make a certain way,say with green tissue, we can do so, but there will be a handling fee to meet your special requests.

• Don't try to negotiate anything after the auction closes. All bidders place their bid based on the pictures and descriptions. If you and I negotiate after an auction closes, that is unfair to all the other bidders.

• We will ship to the address that Paypal gives us. We only ship to the 48 states.  Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and Guam are NOT of the 48 states. 

• Very rarely, we encounter malice from bidders. Everything a bidder needs to know is stated in the auction.  In the event that a bidder attempts to commit any type of theft or deception or tamper with our eBay account, we will seek financial recovery in Brazos County, TX.  In plain English, don't tamper with our business!  We are a very small business and we cannot afford any disruptions.  Any type of dispute will either be settled by Square Trade or legal proceedings held in Brazos County, TX. If you disagree, then do not bid. No express or implied warranties on this item.
