I will determine least expensive way to ship, flat rate, priority or parcel and try to save you some money. I estimate weight for packages and usually am right, but you can bid and pay with confidence- if I am more than $1 off on shipping costs, I send you the refund. To avoid standing in line at the post office, I reserve the right to ship only within the US. No APOs or FPOs, please. I will occasionally break this rule so you may contact me prior to bidding. I only ship USPS and add about $1 for handling materials, gas, etc. I do not make money on shipping. I take care of insuring your items and guarantee shipping in same-as-advertised condition to your address or PO Box, but am not responsible beyond that point. Please check the address you have registered with Ebay and Paypal- that's the one I use and will edit on their recommendation without notification. My handling time is usually within 5 business days, but can go out to a week, so let me know if you need a rush and I'll do my best. I accept Paypal. If you do not use credit, you can process an e-check through Paypal. It’s easy and safe. Returns accepted only if description is much different from actual item; depending on the situation you may pay shipping both ways.
