Postcards are ALWAYS in better condition than they appear in my scans. (My scanner tends to discolor and crop scans -- the postcards are NEVER cropped and postcards are always in collectible condition.)

I want you to be satisfied every time we do business together.  If you are not satisfied with any single postcard lot you purchase from me, please return it and I will refund your purchase price.  If your return is the result of a significant error I made in the listing, I will also refund your shipping costs.  

Please make your returns within 7 days of your receipt of the postcard(s).  Returned postcards MUST be in the same condition they were when I scanned them and when I shipped them.  

I am sorry I cannot extend this return privilege to large lots.  Since I do not scan and track every postcard in the larger lots I sell, these lots are sold as-is and cannot be returned unless I have made a significant, material error in my description of the lot.  I will always note this large lot exception to the return policy in the item description.

In all cases, please email me for a special return address and Return Authorization Number before returning any purchases.  Failure to do this will substantially delay your refund.
