Open Box Returns An Open Box Return is an item that has been purchased and returned to the retailer after the box has been opened. Because the item is no longer factory sealed, the retailer can no longer sell the product as new. This creates opportunities to buy virtually new products at large discounts in price. Open Box Return products may be packaged and shipped in non-retail boxes, and some non-basic components (e.g. cables, manuals, or accessories) may be missing. User manuals and software drivers are typically available at the Manufacturers' website. Please see item description for a detailed list of Included Items. Quality Control and Assurance To ensure you get the same great quality and performance at a lower price, all of our products have been carefully inspected by our certified technicians. Warranty All Factory Sealed and Open Box Return items come with the remainder of the Full Manufacturer's Warranty. If an item should arrive defective, please contacts us in writing at sales@thevaluestore.net within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. Extended warranties are also available for purchase on many products. All products which are sold As-Is are not covered by The Value Store but these items may be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Payment Information: We accept payments only through PayPal. You are able to use your credit card via PayPal as well as a PayPal account. Please make sure that PayPal has your correct shipping address on file, for security purposes we ship only to PayPal verified addresses. The shipping address may not be changed once your order is placed. For shipments within Illinois and for pick-ups at our facility, a 8.25% sales tax is added to the final purchase price. All items picked up at our facility will be charged a $5.00 handling fee. Shipping Information: We charge the shipper's retail price for shipping the item, plus a $5.00 handling fee. As opposed to most retailers, our handling fee does not increase based upon weight or dollar value of the item being shipped. We only ship within the United States. We ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Insurance is required and is included in the shipping quote. For an exact shipping quote to your location please use the shipping calculator located on the eBay listing. Combined Shipping: Unfortunately due to the large variation in size, weight and fragility of the products sold it is not possible to combine products for shipping. Please use the shipping calculator to get an exact shipping quote to your location for each auction. Wrong item delivered: In the event that a customer receives an item different than the item that appeared, the customer will be fully refunded for that item including all shipping costs and packing/handling fees related to that item as well as return shipping costs, up to the shipping amount originally charged for the item returned. In order to receive this refund the customer must contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and mail the item back in the same condition that it was received. All refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be in writing at sales@thevaluestore.net. Authorized Returns: In the event that a customer wishes to return an item for ANY reason which is not mentioned above, the customer must contact The Value Store in writing at sales@thevaluestore.net to obtain an RMA # within 7 days of receipt of the item and mail the item back in the same condition in which it was received. The Value Store will refund the full purchase price of the item minus a 20% or $5 restocking fee (whichever is higher). The Value Store will NOT refund any shipping, packing/handling fees. All returns must be sent by mail, to confirm receipt, and may not be delivered in person. Unauthorized Returns: In the event that The Value Store receives any item that does not contain an RMA # and to the extent that The Value Store can identify the item, The Value Store will refund the full purchase price for the item minus a 30% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is higher). The Value Store will NOT refund any shipping, packing or handling fees. The Value Store may refuse to take deliver for unauthorized shipments. Local pick-up: Please call to arrange, 866-694-0444. We need 24 hour notification to get your item ready and cleared payment. Our hours for local pick-ups are; Monday - Friday between 10am and 12pm, or 1pm and 2pm CST.
