This brand new printer was ordered directly from Dell.  They sent me two (2).  NEVER BEEN USED.  NEVER BEEN PLUGGED IN OR CONNECTED.  IT IS IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX READY TO SHIP.  Includes owner's manual and disk in an uponed packet.  2 black and 1 color ink cartridge; power cable; USB cable to connect printer to computer.  Ease instructions to get it all set up.  PLUS a sample packet of premium photo paper.  I love my printer.  Works like a charm.  You will not be disappointed.  Sorry: I am not a distributor or tech...no return.
