Blue Duck with Teeth Made in China Dodo BIRD?

Unusual Blue Bird with tiny teeth and tongue,  Bill is same color as the feet almost  a tan color.  The ground he is standing on is brown with dark dots.  He is 6" tall and 3 & 1/2" wide.  He was made in China  with small Chinese characters on the bottom that I can't translate.

There are two condition issues.  The first is the base ground the Bird is standing on looks as though it did not get gloss coat on the side(see close up picture) and the underside of the wing is chipped but is not noticeable as the owner camouflaged it with a turquoise liquid pen.

Could be a Dodo bird that is now extinct or a bird that the Chinese have and I am not aware of.  Anyhow it is a great blue duck!!!!
