A great deal of time was taken to research, accurately compose, and carefully design these instructions so that they are safe with regard to the workings of the ScentStories machine itself, and easy to follow with helpful photos.

Given the nature of the Internet, skepticism is understandable about ordering these items online, and delivery of them by email. I am very conscientious about computer viruses, adware and spyware, and I use several antivirus/antispyware scanning engines on a regular basis to guarantee that the materials I send are free of any such malware.

PLEASE NOTE THESE GUIDELINES
Nearly 100% of buyers receive the ScentStories instructions with photos properly embedded in the email. However, certain ISPs and their email programs, filters and settings can prevent that. Most email settings are automatically set to show graphics and photos within the content of an email, or at least as an "attachment".
You should find the instructions for these settings in the "Help" section of your email program.
Please do check to be sure your email program settings are as follows:
- Enable HTML Email and Images
The emails you will receive use HTML formatting and images. Be sure you "allow HTML" and image content for full functionality. You should find instruction for these settings in the "Help" section of your email program. Also, be sure your printer is set to print backgrounds and images if you wish to print them out. I can't be held responsible for wrong printer settings.
- Add the Email Address to Your Address Book
Before you order, make sure you add scentstories@myfairpoint.net to your address book, contact list, allow list, or whatever terminology your email provider uses. Performing this action should insure the emails reach your inbox and not your junk/spam folder.
