Within 3 days of the day you receive your item, you must contact us, let us know of any problem and you can send it back for a full refund of the purchase price, shipping costs are not refunded. If you have any questions please email us before you bid, after you bid is not the time to ask your questions about the item itself.

We test all merchandise thoroughly if they are used. We will note any problems that we find. Because we sell such a wide variety of merchandise sometimes we just don't know how to test every feature. If you would like any specific tests done on a used item we are selling please notify us and we will make every effort to comply with your request before your bid.

If you have a problem after the sale we will of course make all reasonable attempts to work with you in repairing or resolving the problem. If they item you receive is not what you expected it to be you must notify us via email. Keep in mind your bid on E-bay is a binding contract and payment is expected within 5 days of the ended auction. Insurance is recommended on items shipped and if you choose it will be purchased on your behalf to protect your purchase during it's transit to you. Some items we require on the item.
