Products ship partially assembled for ease of shipment, assembly and storage.
Oxford Garden Warranty
Oxford Gardens offers a one year warranty against failure, provided the furniture is assembled correctly and is subjected to normal use, and against woodrot and insect infestation. Structural failure after incorrect assembly, variations in wood color due to weathering, roughness, and non structural cracks or slits are not warranted. Oxford Gardens will not be liable for failure caused by abuse, neglect, or the application of paint. Except as provided above, Oxford Gardens disclaim all other s warranties, expressed or implied, as to merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose, and in no event will Oxford Gardens be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the sale or use of their product.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Just call the toll-free phone number in the order receipt you will receive to arrange this. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused.
Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few weeks.
In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you.
