If you have to creep and crawl those first few steps in the morning or you sit down then get up and feel that sensation in your arch or heel you probably have Plantar Fasciitis.

 

It's a torn tendon in your foot. When you sleep or sit down for awhile, the body try's to reconnect that tendon. When you get up that sensation is the fascia pulling away from the bone.

 

The reason it doesn't heal is you can't physically be off your feet long enough for that tendon to reconnect. Some days you might barely feel it, other days it will come with a passion. If you really rip it good then it hurts all the time.

 

This was the case with me from 1981 to 1986 I suffered with this pain and nothing my Doctor did or any over the counter product worked. I was forced to find a solution on my own. Here's what works:

• The Plantar FXT pulls the toes back slightly and comfortably. This stretches the Plantar Fascia so it may heal. It is worn at night while you sleep and is not bulky like a heavy duty night splint.

I wore a bulky cast night splint at night because when I had Plantar Fasciitis the Plantar FXT Thermoskin wasn't invented yet.

During the day I had to wear orthotics because I had ripped that Plantar Fascia so thoroughly that I couldn't stand or walk without pain. I needed something I could wear in my shoes during the day that took the pain away.

This was not as easy as it sounds because only a specific type of orthotic works. If you have pain like I had, a Dr Scholl's, Spenco, Lynco or any other over the counter product is not going to work.

If you have a mild case of Plantar Fasciitis then the Plantar FXT Thermoskin will be enough help you heal. If you've had the condition for years or you can hardly stand or walk without pain you might want to get the orthotics too.

Plantar Fasciitis very rarely heals on it's own because you can't be off your feet long enough. Please don't wait like I did untill it really tears. You don't need to be in pain.

If you have orthotics already and you're still in pain, then that orthotic is incorrect for Plantar Fasciitis. The one I use works.
