Warranty/Coverage:

I purchase all of my units from authorized dealers.  Therefore, each unit is expected to have a manufacturer's warranty from my date of purchase valid through the serial number on the unit.  However, please contact the manufacturer directly to verify the coverage.  Please contact me directly if you any questions or concerns about these unit or definition of understood coverage.

Liability/Damage (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ENSURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND PRIOR TO MAKING AN OFFER/PURCHASE):

We are proud to state had less than 1% of all of our 2009 shipments result in freight damage due to the way that we prepare and package your unit for shipment.  With that said, it is your responsibility to check the items at the time of receiving for any damage. To ensure fairness for all involved parties we ask that you carefully open and inspect each package for both internal and external damage prior to accepting the delivery. Your signature on the delivery receipt without damage notations relieves the shipping company of all damage claims. In the very unlikely event that there is shipping damage, then it will be your choice to either refuse the item if the damage is too much for a damage allowance or if new parts will not solve it.  We ask that you contact us within 24 hours  (Excluding holidays and weekends), if you have an issue with the shipment. As long as there is freight damage noted on the carriers delivery receipt BEFORE the shipment are signed for, WE WILL FILE ALL FREIGHT CLAIMS. The bottom line is that if you inspect the shipment when you receive the shipment, then you do not have to worry about freight damage.

Payment Information:

Paypal is required.  All payments are due within 3 days of completion of the auction.  Winning bidders that do not pay will be reported as non-paying bidder.

Return & Refund Policy:

This unit is described to the best of our ability, and this sale is final.  There will be NO returns accepted or any refunds for this unit.  Any unit that is verified with the manufacturer to be under the manufacturer's warranty and have functional problems will be addressed by the service representative for the manufacturer.  Please contact me directly if you have questions about this policy.  Thank you!
