- Blu utilizes a standard *14-day* return policy on all non-defective merchandise unless otherwise specifically indicated (per manufacturers regulations). And in those cases, the manufacturer themselves would handle any request.
- To cover service charges, for any merchandise that would be returned, a 15-20% return fee will be assessed (of just the item's price alone, not the transaction total, where indicated). Original and return shipping fees are unfortunately non-refundable.
- Returns of course can and will be accepted just as long as these minimum requirements are met:
1. All original packaging and accessories are intact (and don't worry if you had opened the plastic packaging of your item, and cleanly cuts are recommend upon doing so).
2. The return request itself is officially made within a 14-day period from receipt of item.
3. Obtain an authorized RA# (and this can be done, along with your request, by simply shooting an email over to: support@theskyblu.com, stating your eBay ID, eBay Item # and basic brief outline of problem)
*!! Important tip on RMA's !!* : Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition with all its original packaging. And remember, DO NOT write the RA number that you receive on to the original product packaging (instead, write this legibly on the shipping label itself, or on the box near the shipping label, but making sure you don't accidentally write over barcodes/numbers etc. - e.g. RA# xxx), this will make the product ineligible for resale, and more importantly, your refund!
- Once the RMA request is received and processed and you have obtained your official number, you will also be simultaneously given our Returns Warehouse mailing address for your package.
(*Our Returns Warehouse must physically receive your standard return item within *30 days from date of original order, NOT the return 'request date'!)
-Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days and expire thereafter. Any products received after the expiration date will be refused and you still would forfeit the shipping costs!

- With our automatic package insurance protection policy for items $100.01 and over (UPS automatically covers you $100 and below), damages and losses are the responsibility of the carrier (*UPS ONLY - USPS and FedEx are excluded from this as their packages are uninsured, and these damages and losses are your sole amenability!) once the ordered shipment has been sent out. You are responsible for making damage/loss claims with the appropriate carrier as soon as the damage/loss is detected. -If you are uncomfortable with having UPS/FedEx just leave your package at your doorstep because there is a chance nobody would be home, for an extra $4.25 per package, you can add 'Delivery Confirmation Signature Required' to your order. Just simply add this price to your subtotal during checkout and it will be included (if available for specific item). This service is included free when you make a $250 or higher purchase (standard Signature). Any order that includes an incorrect ship-to address, or any order that after the 3rd delivery attempt is made by the shipper, your package will automatically be returned to our warehouse facility and you will be responsible for the item's re-shipping costs.

' 'Tips: It has even been called in on and confirmed - and although rare in its occurrence, it can definitely happen, and if you were to glance at some of the negative buyer feedback's that exist out there, you can catch the anomalies. As one eBay staff member has put it, 'it can be glitchy', and although frustrating at times, being something so huge the amount of maintenance required is quite understandable.
If after a Blu purchase you do not receive an auto-reply response email within 24 hrs., and/or the eventual shipping confirmation with included tracking info to follow (that one should be no longer than 36 hrs), and grow quite skeptical, please do NOT hesitate to send an email this way at: support@theskyblu.com - I apologize to you on eBay's behalf and your inquiry will undoubtedly be promptly handled.
It has been said that these messages 'should' arrive in its destination at the email address your eBay account is registered under, and with even further discussion, I have concluded it actually wouldn't be a bad idea to also check your spam filters, and the eBay 'in-house' messaging system as well.
