Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, you will need to contact a Customer Service representative by E-Mail. If you request cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.

Damaged Products

All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 24 hours from the date that the merchandise was received. The claim can be initiated by you or AudVid Express representative. All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper. AudVid Express will not be liable for any monies lost if the claim is not filed within the required time period. If you decide to file a claim with the shipper directly, you must notify us to receive proper credit or replacement.

Non-Defective Product Returns
