• We only ship within the Continental United States. We do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, Mexico, or any place outside of the “Lower 48 States".
• Pick-Ups can be arranged from 9:00am–5:30pm Tuesday–Friday only. All orders must be picked up within 5 business days of the order date to avoid cancellation. Please note that a $10.00 handling fee and sales tax will apply for all in store pick-up orders placed. At the time of pick up accepted payment methods are cash, check or credit card. PayPal payment is not accepted in store. Please contact us to schedule a pick up time or for further inquiries.
• 32” TV’s and Smaller TVs are shipped via UPS with cost calculated at checkout.
• 37” TV’s and Larger will ship via a freight company at a flat rate as indicated.
• Products are not in original manufacturer packaging, but securely packaged.
• Orders are shipped 1–3 Business Days after receiving payment.
  

• We only accept payment by PayPal.
• Immediate payment is required, or within 5 days of auction closing.
• We charge sales tax in Colorado and Indiana. State taxes will be calculated at checkout.

• Defective items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days.
• This warranty covers items that arrive DOA or have some other kind of functional anomaly not related to damage incurred during shipping and handling.

• Non-Defective Merchandise that is safely returned while under warranty entitles the customer to a refund of the sale price, less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable if the item is non-defective.
