We ship from our silver workshop in Bali usually within 24 business hours.

Standard shipping is by International Registered Airmail Post which includes Post Office website tracking and takes about 3-4 weeks for a package to arrive from Bali usually, and costs $5.50 for standard weight items, more for heavy or multiple items as shown in the shipping charges for each listing.

International postage is quite expensive from Indonesia. We do not make a profit on the shipping charges.

Any customs or other payments in your country must be paid by the purchaser. We can only supply the shipping charges.

We offer discounted combined shipping for items that are paid for in the ONE Paypal payment. The shipping charge for each additional item is discounted by $2.75.

We usually ship within one business day of receiving your payment and then send a shipping notice with the tracking information. Please track your item as it crosses the world to you. If it hasn't arrived within about 3 weeks, please use the tracking number to ask at your post office as they may be holding it for delivery.



We accept returns if you are not happy with the item you receive and will offer a full refund. Please contact us and let us know the problem and we will work together to find the best solution, either a replacement or refund. For return of items please contact us first.
