If Item is defective and not working on arrival or item is not as described, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product. Please contact us to request a return. Please include your name, item, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials. Please carefully repack the item and ensure that the item has no signs of usage or user-inflicted-damage, as it may void return/exchange. Items returned will be tested and if found defective. The buyer will be a refunded their money and shipping fees. If item is working or is as described you will be refunded but return shipping cost will not be. Insurance fees are non refundable.
